Who is responsible for this site
This website is operated by Keystone Solutions OÜ (registry code 17190983), Tallinn, Estonia, which is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Mare Vahtre provides consulting services through Keystone Solutions OÜ. In this policy, “I” and “me” refer to Keystone Solutions OÜ, represented by Mare Vahtre. What data this site collects and why
marevahtre.ee does not collect personal data through any form on the page itself. There is no account registration, no newsletter sign-up, and no contact form.
However, the site uses third-party analytics and tracking tools that collect data when you visit, depending on your cookie preferences.
Cookies and tracking
When you first visit the site, you are shown a cookie consent banner. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you choose to accept them. If you decline, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. The only thing stored is your choice itself, so you are not asked again.

Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics collects data about how visitors use the site — which pages they visit, how long they stay, and where they came from. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors.
Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Data is processed on the basis of your consent. You can opt out at any time through the cookie banner or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

LinkedIn Insight Tag
This site uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag, operated by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. The Insight Tag allows me to see aggregate data about the companies visiting the site and to run retargeting campaigns on LinkedIn. It does not reveal the identity of individual visitors.
Data is processed on the basis of your consent. You can opt out of LinkedIn's tracking at any time through LinkedIn's opt-out page.

Third-party booking tool
Discovery calls are booked through Calendly. When you click the booking link, you are taken to Calendly's own platform. Any data you provide there (name, email, notes) is handled under Calendly's privacy policy. I receive the booking details by email and use them only to prepare for and follow up on the call.
If you contact me at marevahtre@gmail.com, I will receive your email address and the contents of your message. This data is used only to reply to you and is not shared with any third parties. Email is stored in Gmail, subject to Google's privacy policy.
Your rights under GDPR
If you are based in the EU or EEA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — you can ask what data I hold about you.
- Correction — you can ask me to correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion — you can ask me to delete your data.
- Portability — you can ask for a copy of your data in a common format.
- Objection — you can object to how your data is used.
- Withdraw consent — you can withdraw cookie consent at any time through the cookie banner.

If you believe your data rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
